We’re pleased to share the great news that Charlie and Chloe from our Hove office have been promoted to Associates. Their hard work, expertise, and commitment have made a real impact at QED. We’re delighted to recognise this next step in their careers.

Their Experience

With 11 years of industry experience, Charlie has worked across a wide range of projects including major £250 million new builds, RC data centres and detailed domestic refurbishments. Much of his career has been spent in London, specialising in complex refurbishments and historic structures, where he enjoys combining preservation, creativity, and sustainability. His passion for enhancing heritage buildings while reducing embodied carbon continues to shape his approach.

Chloe brings 7 years of experience across residential, commercial, and public‑sector projects within multidisciplinary teams in London and Brighton. Driven by sustainability, she is actively involved in Passivhaus and Net Zero developments, delivering energy‑efficient and forward‑thinking design solutions. Her technical skill and thoughtful approach make her a valued member of the team.
