Another great project milestone for the Horizon development on Kingsway, Hove, with QED Structures playing a key role as part of the wider team in securing Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator.

The Gateway 2 process is a critical part of the building safety framework, requiring rigorous design reviews and detailed evidence to demonstrate that a project meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality before construction can progress.
