We’re pleased to be providing structural and civil engineering consultancy services for a great new residence on the Lydhurst Estate in West Sussex.

Designed to meet rigorous Passivhaus standards, this 1,300m² private home is a strong example of how sustainable design can sit seamlessly alongside high-end residential architecture. The scheme includes undercroft parking, an indoor swimming pool, and a full suite of high-performance environmental features, all integrated without compromise on aesthetic or comfort.

The project team has now successfully submitted the planning application, following a collaborative and well-coordinated effort to meet the submission deadline. We’re proud to play our part in this shared process that’s moving this ambitious scheme forward.

With its focus on energy efficiency, low operational carbon, and long-term sustainability, Lydhurst Estate is a great example of where the future of luxury residential development is heading.
